When you follow the directions - ie keep the right amount of liquid per the number of drinks - it is fantastic. The 12OZ per drink measurement is dead on.

The different drinks it makes - Rita's, Daq's, Colada's and Smoothies are set on one knob. This basically tells the blender how much blending to do and when to shave the ice. The Rita's assume all liquid ingredients. The Daq's assume frozen fruit and the Smoothies assume fresh fruit so the timing and frequecy of the blending is based on that. For example the blender doesn't start on a Rita until the ice shaving is well underway while a Daq starts blending well before the shaving starts.

The machine breaks down nicely for easy cleaning and the shaving blade is easy to replace if it comes to that. It's a pretty beefy blade so you would not worried.

Do note that the machine is tall and will not fit under a cabinet that is over a normal counter without removing the ice hopper. We just break it down and put a decorative towel over it.

Assembly isn't too bad overall, and did not take very long to complete, but the instruction booklet could be written better. As with most instruction manuals, you'll need to apply some common sense and use the illustrations as a reference, but all the information is there. They do include all of the tools you'll need to put it together (10mm, 11mm, and 13mm wrenches plus one allen wrench), but I found that my own ratcheting wrenches made it easier. 

BALANCE & ADJUSTMENTS: 

Once properly set up for your specific height and balance preferences, this table is remarkably well-balanced and responsive. There are two important adjustments that need to be made for proper balance control. The first is the height adjustment, based on the height of the individual user. This is done by adjusting the length of the main shaft. This adjustment is fast and easy, and is accomplished by pulling out a spring-loaded locking pin, sliding the shaft to the proper height setting, and releasing the locking pin (making sure it locks again). The main shaft is marked with height settings in 1-inch increments. Find your height and lock it in. The EP-950 was delivered on time. Setup, by a single person, is not difficult, but would be easier with a second person. I started using the EP-950 three minutes a day for two days, then went to ten minutes for a couple of days, and now I use it twenty minutes at a time. When I hang over twenty minutes, my feet fall asleep. I don't know what good it's use 'really' does, but I enjoy the twenty minutes of quiet, relaxation, just for myself. It is a product I would buy again, and one that I see myself using over the long term, unlike some other exercise equipment I grew bored with and stored in the garage. My wife, who carries a lot of tension in her back, also uses it and finds that after having used it, her back feels much better.

Overall this is a good program. The price is affordable enough where we could get it without thinking about it. The features of programs combined into one save us alot of time and money in our church. This program is great, get it.

I like the way you can add the names of other members and their birthdays and notes. All and all it is just very easy to fiqure out what you have to do when you want to enter info and print labels and search or sort the info. If you are looking for a straightforward church program that does simply that - organizes your addresses/phone numbers/birthdates, than this is a great program for you!

With this, I was up and running within a few minutes, and after playing with all the features to see what it could do, I was fully loaded with a budget and bank transactions within 10 minutes. It is the most user friendly software I've ever encountered. The very best feature of this software, in my opinion, is it's ability to be 100% personally customized to your unique needs. You can add, delete, and rename categories and sub categories as you wish. You do not have to wade through a bunch of pre-determined categories to get to the ones that matter to you.

My original use was with the previous Bibble Pro version, and then I've gone with the upgrade to Aftershot Pro. The catalog management is top tier, it's fast, and is the *only* multi-platform RAW image editor which includes Linux. It's terrific to work with a non-destructive editor.
Things that really stand out to me:
- I find the interface intuitive
- Noise Ninja integration (and the RAW noise settings) is powerful.
- There are plug-ins, which show promise for the platform (wavelet denoise).
- The contact sheet prints work soooo much better than with Bibble.
- Active forum (forum.corel.com)
- Very CPU and memory efficient.
- ASP provides "Perfectly Clear" optimization, which is frequently the major adjustment that I use (not always, sometimes it goes to far, and other times, there is a lot more work to be done).
- Lots of lenses are supported
Things that I'd like to see added:
- Some HDR capability. There are lots of good programs available for amazing HDR, but having the capability to do some basic blending is important.
- Better print integration (if you are a Linux user, then look at Turboprint)

I wasn't prepared to like this software, never having used Bibble and being one who always used Adobe for photo editing.
This software has some real power in the area of metadata (those tags hidden in the data that hold your image information like date, camera setting and more.) And you can export to RAW, JPG or TIFF. I made the bad mistake as an amateur of not saving RAW data years ago on some very fine photos taken when I got into digital photography, and it's a tragedy; my best photo is lacking all the data to reproduce it with the best resolution.
The photo management (sorting) is slicker than the somewhat clumsy Adobe Elements and I like it. You can tag the photos or find by a number of parameters.
"Non-destructive" editing is there also--important for the reason I gave earlier--you need to save your originals unmodified so you can retain all your data information in your photos. Again, this is a mistake I made years ago until I learned WHY you do not want to save only a modified image.
Printing to my HP printer seemed pretty fast, too.
Supposedly, this software is made to be backwards compatible with older CPU's. I'm running on Win 7 Pro but I have a five year old PC, so I can verify that at least for my older HP Pavilion, this is true.

I liked this program. I'm not a professional photographer, and I don't take a ton of digital photographs on picture-taking expeditions. And, more importantly, I don't save RAW files too much either - they consume so much diskspace. So this product is not something that I really have a need for. I suspect if I were a professional photographer I would rather use Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, another program I own and have used. Both programs focus on working with, and manipulating, RAW images - the images that take up about ten times the disk space of ordinary JPG or TIF files, but are so much easier to tweek and end up with an awesome image. And both programs include a robust flexible photo management system that enables the skilled user to easily catalog, and later find, those images entered into the system.
To test this program I installed it on my 17" MacBook Pro that has 8 GB RAM. It's the only computer I have that has more than the 2 GB requirement to be able to use this software. However, I might note here that Lightroom also has a 2 GB requirement and I use it on a PC that only has half a gig of RAM. I found this software to really smoke as far as processing speed goes. But that might be due to the fact that I have so much RAM to give to it.
With regard to the advanced non-destructive editing offered, I'd have to say it was great when considering this product is designed to be a powerful BATCH PROCESSING tool for serious photographers who take a lot of pictures and have to do a bunch of darkroom tasks to make them presentable. But I would not even try to suggest that the editing tools available rank with what Adobe Photoshop has to offer. And I must say I am still partial to Lightroom which I consider to be a superior product. Of course it costs a bunch more, too.
In sum, if you are looking for a somewhat inexpensive option for processing RAW files either singly or in batch, and you are not a professional photographer with tons of RAW files to work with, then this program is probably for you. You can export versions of your RAW files as JPG or TIF and further edit them in another more sophisticated image editing program. 4 stars!
