The P90X Nutrition Plan was created by author and international fitness expert Carrie Wiatt. In short, this guide was designed to fuel your body as you go through a truly intense workout regimen. Research shows that most of all exercise regimens are ruined at the dinner table. Proper diet is essential to allow the system to have it's full transformation effect. Take the guesswork out of your diet! The Nutrition Plan gives you daily meal plans, recommended foods, and recipes for any meal in the day!
