The pump is not the most quiet when it runs, which becomes a slight problem at night, but it's not unacceptably loud. The storage bags and compartments are very well thought out. The only one problem is cleaning the tubes is not easy, but that's the case with all pumps, not just this one. Would highly recommend not cheaping out and getting a quality product such as this Medela pump, it's the best money can buy.
This pump is absolutely, hands down the best! If you plan on pumping more than once a week, spend the extra money and go with this one. If you buy this pump, make sure you take all the parts apart and clean them. I didn't know on the part that attaches to the horns came apart and was discouraged to find spoiled milk in there (but thats user error :)

After searching many other sites, Amazon had the lowest price for this breastpump by far. It came highly recommended by other nursing moms and they proved to be correct. It is simple to use and comes with everything you need to get started. I also received some Medela freezer storage bags as a shower gift, and they work perfectly with this pump.

I researched breast pumps while pregnant with my first in 2007 and this one seemed like the obvious choice for me. I am still using it now with my third and it has worked great. I use it twice a day 5 days a week and it works just like the day I bought it - well worth the money I spent on it.
